LAHORE: Unknown assailants hurled petrol bombs at the residence of prominent lawyer who also looks after cases of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan last night.
The incident occurred in Lahore’s Model Town area, where four people on two motorcycles threw petrol bombs at the house of Mohammad Azhar Siddique and then fled the scene.

Following the attack, Azhar Siddique took to Twitter to share a video of his house and condemned the violent act.

He also pledged to stand firm by Imran Khan, and in his commitment to the rule of law and the constitution.

In a CCTV footage shared by Azhar Siddique, it can be seen that two of the attackers got off their bike and hurled petrol bombs at his house. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.
The motive behind the attack remains unclear, and the police have launched an investigation into the incident. PTI leaders and leading lawyers have condemned the attack and demanded that the culprits be brought to justice.
