KARACHI: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that people were going through a phase of utter despair and were fed up of rising inflation.
Talking to journalists, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that he will hold a march in Karachi and a national convention in Islamabad on March 1, adding that huge public demonstration will be staged in Lahore on March 19 and Rehbar committee will also hold protest in Karachi on March 23.
He said that in-house change could be the beginning of the major step forward, adding that the major parties of the country disappointed by voting in favor of the government.
JUI-F chief further said that he will not leave the hand of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
He expressed to save the country from the incompetent leaders and said he will not lead the battleground and the party is not in favour of dividing the opposition.
He added that neither the US nor the World Bank helped Pakistan while the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) is holding the country by its neck.
