KARACHI: Two people died and several others were injured when the roof of PC Hotel Karachi collapsed on Thursday late at night.
According to rescue officials, the injured have been moved to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC).
Rescue oppression continues on the spot. It is feared that several other people are stuck under the rubble after the roof came down.
Initial details suggested that an event was underway at the hotel when large chunks of concrete, complete with iron rebars suddenly fell off the roof of the nearby lobby.
Police said that the hotel management has sealed off all entry and exit points to the hotel as a precaution.
