ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Meteorological Department has said rain in several parts of the country dropped the temperature further down and blinking rains in different cities are continuing to Sunday.
Weather in different cities, including Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Faisalabad, and other cities turned chilly after rain. Pakistan Meteorological Department on Saturday forecasted more rainfall in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Potohar area and Kashmir from Saturday and Sunday.
Pakistan Meteorological Department report stated hailstorms are also expected in Kashmir, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Potohar region.
In lower Sindh including Karachi dust raising winds are also expected, said PMD report. Rain recorded in Lahore 39, Sialkot 57 millimeter, Bahawalpur and Chakwal 42, Kasur 32 and Sargodha 31 Mm.
While temperature reordered in Islamabad 11 degree centigrade, Lahore and Peshawar 12, Karachi 17, Quetta and Murree 3, Gilgit 9 and Muzaffarabad 7 centigrade.
