ISLAMABAD: Saad Amer, an economics graduate of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), has set a new record in Graduate Record Examination (GRE) by scoring 339 out of 340.
According to details, Saad Amer had graduated from LUMS, Majoring in Economics, in 2018, and currently working with the British Council, Islamabad.
The student has also set a national improvement record in GRE by improving his previous score by almost 45/80 points.
Saad Amer plans to apply to one of the world’s leading business schools including Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Yale, Cambridge, Oxford, Columbia, HEC Paris, INSEAD, London School of Economics, and the London Business School.
The student has also expressed keen interest to guide Pakistani students free of cost who are not only preparing for the GRE but for Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and Test of English as Foreign Language (TOFEL).
In this regard, he said, “I have recently launched my own YouTube channel by the name of ‘GRE341/340 with Saad Amer’ to guide Pakistani students preparing to take GRE, GMAT, and other graded exams.”
Saad Amer had also won top distinction in Cambridge International Examination in O/A levels. In extracurricular activities, he also and held the position of ‘Best Sportsman’ throughout the four years at LUMS.
