The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), an agency under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (OP&HRD), has announced plans to export skilled education professionals and teachers to Libya. The initiative aims to meet the growing demand for qualified teachers and administrators in Libya’s education sector.
According to an official source, Pakistan’s workforce, known for its dedication and skill, is in increasing demand worldwide. Many Pakistani teachers have already been working successfully in Libya and other Arab countries, earning a reputation for their hard work and professionalism.
Currently, a well-established international institution in Libya is urgently seeking a male principal from Pakistan to lead its educational operations. To qualify for the position, applicants must hold at least a master’s degree in education, administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience as a principal in educational institutions.
Interested candidates can apply through the OEC’s official website, https://oec.gov.pk/. Applicants are required to submit a bank challan of Rs. 1,000, which will be generated during the online application process. The deadline for applications is December 31, 2024.
This initiative reflects Pakistan’s ongoing efforts to support its citizens in securing international job opportunities while contributing to the educational development of other nations.
