ISLAMABAD: Around 80 new cases of coronavirus have been recorded across the country, with the condition of 196 patients in critical condition.
According to the National Institutes of Health, 21,233 tests were performed in the last 24 hours and 80 new cases of the coronavirus were reported across the country. The condition of 196 already infected patients is critical while no one has died during this period.

It is to be noted that after the recent increase in cases of coronavirus in the Indian capital, the authorities in New Delhi have again made it mandatory to wear a mask.
Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal said that in view of the recent rise in positive cases of coronavirus and, as experts have suggested, to increase scrutiny, focus on vaccination coverage of the target population and ensure restrictions.

He said that the hospital admission rate has been less than 1 percent but it has been decided to make it mandatory to wear masks in public places. After 2067 new cases in Delhi, the total number of victims in the country has exceeded 43 million. The death toll in India has increased by 40.
