LAHORE: The Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has said “I still have many such cards left, when I play, PDM will have goosebumps.”

Talking to senior journalists at his residence in Zaman Park area of Lahore last night, Imran Khan warned that if fair and transparent elections were not held in Pakistan, the country might slip in the a situation like that of Sri Lanka. He further said “I will only say about Finance Minister Ishaq Dar who is responsible for the whole disaster.”
Imran Khan said that Governor Punjab Baleegur Rahman violated the constitution by not writing the date of elections in the advice after the dissolution of the assembly, and that the same move of the governor would be challenged in the court of law.

Referring to PMLN, the former prime minister said that serious reports of cracks and fragmentation within the party of PMLN were being heard, and that first voice against the dynastic policies of PMLN was raised by Chaudhry Nisar.
The Chairman PTI said the option of protesting on the streets was not under consideration even if the schedule of general election was not announced, adding that the PDM was being exposed before the masses with each passing day.

Imran Khan said PDM had completely failed, they had nothing to deliver to the people as they collectively used public resources for their own interests and benefits.
About the strategy to dissolve Punjab Assembly, the PTI Chief said it was a shot for PDM, the echo of which would be heard for centuries. He said “I still have many such cards left, when I play them, PDM will be swept by horripilation (goose bumps).”
When asked about possible strategy if he gets disqualified, Imran Khan said “even if I am disqualified, people will vote for the ideology of Tehreek-e-Insaf.”
