Pakistan Maritime Security Agency organises exercise Barracuda-XI

Pakistan Maritime Security Agency has organized exercise BARRACUDA-XI from 11th to 13th January 2022.

The land phase of the exercise was commenced today at Sea View Beach with a rehearsal of contingency response to an oil spill incident on land. DG PMSA, 27 foreign observers, delegates from 15 countries, and a large number of National stakeholders, observed the drills and beach cleaning carried out by PMSA, PN, and Civil Agencies.

Subsequently, foreign observers and delegates along with DG PMSA visited PMSA ships. Commanding officers of the PMSA ships briefed the guests about the operational capabilities of the ships and showed simulated operations carried out by PMSA ships. Foreign observers and delegates appreciated the efforts of PMSA for Law Enforcement at sea.
