The Pakistan volleyball team have secured their place in the finals of the Under-16 Asian Volleyball Championship by beating arch-rivals India in the semi-finals on Friday.
Pakistan team outclasses the Indian side with a straight-sets win, sealing the match 3-0 in a best-of-five format.
Pakistan will now face Iran in the final, scheduled on Saturday.
All the matches of the contest are being played in Thailand.

The 42-year-old cueist from Faisalabad, a three-time IBSF World Amateur Champion (2012, 2019, 2024) and recipient of the Pride of Performance Award in 2015, opened the match with a commanding 118-6 win in the first frame. Although he dropped the next two frames, Asif rebounded strongly by winning three consecutive frames to seal his place in the final.
He is set to face Brijesh Damani in the championship match, which will take place on Friday at 6:00 PM local time in Bahrain (8:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time), as announced by the IBSF via Instagram.
