Pakistan has officially unveiled its national junior volleyball squad for the upcoming FIVB World Junior Volleyball Championship, set to take place in Uzbekistan from July 24 to August 4.
According to the Pakistan Volleyball Federation, Mohammad Yahya will captain the 12-member squad, which includes Talal Ahmed, Tayyab Khan, Khizar Hayat, Mohammad Anas, Mohammad Jibran, Ajmal Junaid, Abu Bakar, Mohammad Hassan, Muhtad Shah, Mohammad Irfan, and Javed Ahmed.
The team officials named for the event are Saeed Ahmed Khan, Ahsan Iqbal, and Mohammad Salman, while Mazhar Fareed has been appointed as the team manager.
The national junior team will depart for Uzbekistan on July 22, aiming to make a strong mark among 24 participating teams from around the world.
The championship presents a significant opportunity for Pakistan’s young talent to showcase their skills on the international stage and gain valuable experience against top-level competition.
