KARACHI: Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) in a notification on Thursday said that the company will observe three days of non-production (NPDs) in February.
The company did not mention any possible explanation for the NPDs but said automobiles section production would remain closed on Feb 3, 4 and 10. During the first of the current fiscal year, the PSMC failed to observe any NPDs. But to rationalize inventory it shut down production for four days in January.

The firm on Thursday increased prices of Suzuki Cultus VXL and AGS models by Rs10,000 to Rs1,865,000 and Rs1,985,000 respectively, the company attributed the price hike to the introduction of the upgraded infotainment system in those models in its notice to authorized dealers.
On Jan 1, Pak Suzuki had increased prices of various models except Cultus in the range of Rs49,000-90,000 following a reduction in import costs due to exchange rate stabilization.
