ISLAMABAD: The federal government has distributed Rs 16.58 billion among 1.3 million families around the country during the past three days.
In this regard, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Poverty Alleviation, Dr. Sania Nishtar took to Twitter and shared the latest figure about the programme.
Giving a province-wise breakup of cash grants provided, Dr. Sania Nishtar said, “1.38 million families have received Ehsaas Emergency Cash in the last 3 days. 16.58 billion has been disbursed.”

In another tweet, Dr. Sania Nishtar said that the disbursement sites were being fumigated to protect the people from Coronavirus pandemic.
