ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to PM on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Zulfikar Bukhari has said that there was no need to be alarmed about the on-going coronavirus disease.
Zulfikar Bukhari said that there was no need to be alarmed about the virus as the mortality rate had remained minimal.
According to Bukhari, most patients have walked free after treatment and 14-day isolation.
While commenting on Pakistani students coming from China to Pakistan, Bukhari said that the news of Pakistani students being deported to Pakistan was false.
Bukhari further said that the coronavirus situation was changing rapidly and things were coming under control as time has gone by.
In this regard, educational institutes throughout Balochistan and Sindh are shut down till 15th March as part of the measures being taken to prevent coronavirus.
Madrassas will also be remained closed after five coronavirus cases have been confirmed in the country.
