New unspeakable revelations in the Mustafa Amir’s murder case have exposed the worst ethical decline of the society.
As per these revelations, the dispute started on New Year’s night when the victim Mustafa, 23, and his alleged killer Armaghan Qureshi, 25, fought over a girl named Marsha. Both wanted to take her along for New Year’s night.
As per sources, finally, the girl went with Armaghan, however, while having sex with him that night she bit and caused injury to his private area as both were intoxicated at that time. On next day, Armaghan threatened serious consequences to Marsha and her family for what she did with him in the night. On this Marsha falsely told Armaghan that Mustafa had convinced her to bite your private part. This enraged Armaghan and he decided to kill Mustafa.
Marsha has fled to America after the killing incident. It may be recalled that Armaghan is the main suspect in the kidnapping and murder of Mustafa Amir, who was allegedly murdered by his friends in Karachi on January 6.
Armaghan was arrested for allegedly injuring police officers while resisting detention related to Amir’s kidnapping case. A video has surfaced showing Armaghan firing at the police with modern firearms during the raid on his residence.
The Sindh High Court (SHC) has set aside Armaghan’s judicial remand and ordered the formation of a probe body. An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has granted a four-day physical remand of Armaghan to the police. The SHC has directed authorities to present Armaghan before an ATC for further proceedings on charges of kidnapping, murder, and other related offenses.
