Lindsay Lohan starrer Falling For Christmas will soon stream on Netflix.
The trailer was released last week on the online streaming platform with a cover of ‘Jingle Bell Rock’ sung by Lohan. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming movie:
Plot
The movie is both romantic and comedy and it features the Christmas period in particular. The plot follows Lohan’s character who is a recently engaged heiress who, whilst skiing, has an accident that leaves her with amnesia. During her rest bite, she finds herself being cared for by Chord Overstreet’s lodge owner and his daughter, with yuletide romance presumably blossoming.

Lindsay Lohan plays a newly engaged, privileged hotel heiress who gets into a skiing accident, loses all memory of what happened, and wakes up in the care of a charming Chord Overstreet, a blue-collar lodge owner, and his little daughter just before Christmas.

The trailer opens with a speech by Lindsay Lohan and plays to her rendition of ‘Jingle Bell Rock’. With a meet-cute, a small, quaint hillside village, opulent hotels, and a single-parent love interest with an impressionable young child, the video appears to encapsulate all the endearing and reassuring clichés of the yearly Christmas romantic comedies that are out.

Release date
The movie will be released on Netflix. As of yet, it seems as if this will be the only place to watch the film, with no announced theatrical release. The film, in order to coincide with the Christmas hype, will be available to stream on Netflix next month on November 10, 2022.
