Pop singer Zoheb Hassan has made some shocking revelations about his sister’s late renowned singer Nazia’s death that she was poisoned by her ex-husband Ishtiaq Baig.
During an interview with a private TV channel, Zoheb Hassan after 21 years of Nazia Hassan’s demise talked about his deceased sister, who apparently died of lung cancer, was poisoned by her ex-husband. Zoheb Hassan expressed that he and his family are in fact annoyed with Ishtiaq Baig as he made a fan page on social media where he often shares his and Nazia’s personal pictures.
According to Hassan, he is annoyed at the fact that he was never a good husband to his wife and now he tries to show that he was indeed he was concerned about her. Zoheb claimed that he in fact was not a good husband of Nazia that is why she parted ways with him before her demise.
Zoheb shared how Nazia was unable to even walk, she was bold but still, she went to court on her own and filed for divorce. Zoheb also revealed that Nazia once told him that her husband was giving her arsenic, a chemical element, in her food and water. Such chemicals can easily damage skin, liver, and kidney.
Nazia Hassan died of lung cancer in the morning in 2000. She was just 35-year-old ad buried at Hendon Cemetery in London. Ten days before she passed away, Nazia reportedly divorced Mirza Ishtiaq Baig.
