Versatile actor Nauman Ijaz, who is currently essaying the role of Haji Marjaan Khan in the drama serial Sang-e-Mah has talked about his son’s decision of joining the showbiz industry.
As his son has stepped into the Pakistani entertainment industry and in this regard, Ijaz in an interview replied to the interviewer’s question, “If you have influenced your son towards acting?”
To which Nauman Ijaz replied that it was just a coincidence that he came into this field. “Neither I brought the script home, nor did I take him to media gatherings,” Ijaz said.
“I did not say him anything, he himself came to me and said that he wanted to do acting, then I told him it’s not an easy job also you are overweight, you will look bad on screen, you need to cut down your weight and then he tonned his body in six months, he also got Sciatica pain because of it, so I saw a little motivation in him,” Ijaz added.

“We did a ramp walk and that’s how it all started,” he said by adding that he did not launch his son. “I could have easily produced any project for him, but I didn’t,” added Nauman.
Currently Nauman Ijaz and his son Zaviyar Nauman Ijaz are starring in the drama ‘Sang-e-Mah’. The drama is a sequel to Sang e Mar Mar that aired in 2016, which featured a number of big-name actors, including Kubra Khan, Mikaal Zulfiqar, Sania Saeed, and Noman Ijaz.
