LAHORE: Sohaib Maqsood, who plays for Multan Sultans in HBL PSL 7, has become a father of a baby girl and requested prayers from cricket fans.
In his message on social networking site Twitter, cricketer Sohaib Maqsood said that Allah has blessed him with His mercy in the form of a daughter.

In a Twitter message, Sohaib Maqsood said that he was returning to Lahore from home, after which he would join Multan Sultans. It should be noted that Sohaib Maqsood will remain in isolation for three days.

After the isolation, Sohaib Maqsood will be able to play for Multan Sultans only after the report of the coronavirus test being negative. Multan Sultans are in a strong position compared to other teams in PSL 7.
In the points table, Multan Sultans are at the top with 12 points after winning 6 of their 7 matches. Lahore Qalandars won 5 out of 7 matches and scored 10 while Islamabad United won 4 and scored 8 points.
