JHELUM: Renowned religious scholar, Mufti Tariq Masood has claimed that Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza went into hiding as soon as he reached Jhelum for the debate.
Mufti Tariq Masood said that after a long journey hecame from Karachi to Jhelum for discussion with Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza but despite waiting for two days no contact was made by Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza.
Mufti Masood announced to come back to Jhelum again.
He said that the purpose of my visit to Jhelum was to clear the misunderstandings of Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza. He said that it is possible that other people give wrong interpretations but along with the interpretations of Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza,
the behaviour of Engineer Mirza is arrogant and highly inappropriate.
Addressing Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza, Mufti Tariq Masood said that he would continue to come here to Jhelum for
corrective statements. He said that his aim was not to humiliate anyone but It is also important to answer them.
Mufti Masood said that he came to Jhelum after traveling for many hours and despite giving the number, Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirzane did not contact him.
Earlier, In his video message, Mufti Tariq Masood accepted the challenge of Engineer Ali Mirza to come to Jhelum and have a discussion with him regarding their differences in some religious beliefs.
