LAHROE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) disposed off the case of missing Ahmed Faran, close friend of PMLQ’s Moonis Elahi, when he returned home and produced before the court on Wednesday morning.

His brother, Zaheer confirmed his safe return, stating that Mr Ahmed was dropped outside the home by unknown men on two vehicles.

Ahmed Faran was missing for almost four days, and the video of his alleged abduction was tweeted by Moonis Elahi as well.

During the course of proceedings yesterday, the Lahore High Court (LHC) gave one more day to the city police chief to recover and produce Ahmad Faran, a friend of former federal minister Moonis Elahi.

Capital City Police Officer Ghulam Mahmood Dogar had appeared before the court and sought more time for the recovery of the missing of the petitioner. Justice Aalia Neelum allowed the CPPO’s request and adjourned the hearing till Wednesday (today).
Ghulam Mahmood Dogar appeared at the Lahore High Court premises Wednesday morning accompanied by Ahmad Faran, whose head appeared injured as he talked to media.
When asked about his head injury, Ahmad Faran said it just got injured while stepping out of the car.
Meanwhile, the Lahore High Court disposed off the case of missing Ahmad Faran this morning when he was produced before the bench by CCPO Ghulam Mahmood Dogar.
