A talented swing maker named Bilal Asif has made the world’s first and most unique swing using pencils.
Hailing from Karachi, Bilal Asif used 45,000 different colour pencils to make a unique swing. For Bilal, making such a unique swing with the use of pencils only was not an easy job.
According to him, there were many shapes and sizes of pencils which were unfortunately not even available in the market. But determined Bilal did not lose hope and decided to make few pencils for a swing on his own.
Bilal bought a Sheesham wood, also known as Indian Rosewood, and prepared a huge pencil so he can utilize it later in the making. The producer of making this unique swing took almost three years.
Despite being a pencil swing, this art is not an ordinary piece. Its height is 85-inch long and its width is 17.7. Bilal had spent from two to six hours a day continuously for 26 months.
Bilal has dedicated his special pencil swing to the martyrs of Army Public School, Peshawar. Asif also claimed that he has made the world record and already contacted Guinness World Records for the official announcement.
According to Bilal, it was not an easy job, using almost 50,000 pencils and creating the world’s first pencil swing cost him a total of Rs.8,50,000. He is willing to sell the swing for $45,000.
