Manzoor Wassan, a prominent leader of the Pakistan People’s Party, has preicted that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif might opt to dissolve the National Assembly within the next three months.
Renowned for his accurate predictions, Wassan emphasized the significance of the forthcoming three months in the nation’s political landscape. He hinted at potential shifts in the political setup following the dissolution of the National Assembly, while affirming the continuity of provincial assemblies.
Adding to his assessment, Wassan offered insights into the political prospects of Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and other figures. He expressed skepticism regarding favorable conditions for Khan and other politicians, cautioning against sustained optimism, as relief for them tends to be fleeting.
Interestingly, imprisoned PTI founder Imran Khan himself made a prediction on March 20, suggesting that the current government’s tenure would span merely five or six months. Khan indicated his readiness to remain in confinement until the speculated departure of PML-N supremo to London.
