KARACHI: Former Member of National Assembly and Advisor of Maritime Affairs Mr Mahmood Moulvi has been appointed as the President of Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party’s (IPP) Sindh region.
It should be noted that on 8 June, Jahangir Khan Tareen launched a new party called Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP). “Today, we’re announcing the formation of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party. Under one platform, we’re together and will try to steer Pakistan out of current crises,” JKT said at the launch of the party.
According to a notification by IPP’s secretary general Aamir Mehmood Kiani, Mr Mahmood Moulvi has been appointed to the position in consultation with President of IPP.
It is worth mentioning that leading businessman and former chairman Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP) Mahmood Moulvi has served as Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) on Maritime Affairs.
