As Saudi fast-food chain AlBaik is all set to open its outlets across Pakistan shortly, the company will hire thousands of Pakistanis from manager level to waiter to run the business in the country.
As per sources, the company has started hiring for the initial few outlets in Islamabad and other big cities of the country while the hiring on a large scale will be started in the coming days, and for this ads will be polished in the leading newspapers of Pakistan for seeking online application for a different post.
As per sources, these jobs will be very attractive as all workers will be given salaries and benefits as per the Saudi Labor laws, while the company will also provide opportunity to hundreds of its workers every year to perform Umrah for which the company will pay all the expenses.
It should be noted that In October last year, AlBaik signed an MoU with Gas & Oil Pakistan Ltd (GO) to investigate a strategic partnership for establishing and operating AlBaik restaurants in the country as part of the company’s growth objectives.
The MoC statement indicated that Pakistani officials toured AlBaik’s operations and met with Pakistani employees at the fast-food company. The officials lauded the contributions of Pakistani workers in Saudi businesses like AlBaik and welcomed the brand’s entry into the Pakistani market, noting its potential to elevate the country’s fast-food industry and consumer base.
