Longest-running Pakistani drama: 'Nand' completes 100 episodes

Serial ‘Nand’ has become the longest-running Pakistani drama by completing its 100 episodes.

The drama that aired last year in August revolves around a character, Gohar who is the Nand in the serial, played by Faiza Hasan was a major attraction. However, she was replaced later by Javeria Saud.

Produced by Fahad Mustafa under Big Bang Entertainment, Nand is written by Sameena Aijaz and directed by Zeeshan Ali Zaidi. The drama has proven to be a commercial success, trending on television as well as on YouTube.

According to some estimates, it was also one of the top TV plays with the highest ratings in November 2020.
