ISLAMABAD: The Civil Court has summoned Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan yesterday in connection with the hearing of the Long March riot case.
According to the details, the civil court summoned Imran Khan in his personal capacity on April 29 for the hearing of the case registered in the Sahala police station, the notice of which was sent to Imran Khan’s residence, Zaman Park.
Imran Khan will reach Islamabad today for interim bail in the case of incitement to rebellion and accusations against the military leadership that failed in the past. The Lahore High Court had approved Imran Khan’s protective bail till April 26.

A case has been registered against Imran Khan in the Ramna police station of Islamabad on the complaint of the magistrate. Police issued a traffic plan on the occasion of Chairman PTI’s appearance. There will be a diversion on G10 Project and Aun Mohammad Rizvi Road.
In view of the security situation, the citizens of the federal capital Islamabad have been instructed to take alternative routes to reach their destinations. Strict security arrangements have been made on the occasion of Imran Khan’s arrival.
