Cancellation of national and international flights from Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport has become an order of the day. Every day several flights get canceled due to technical and other reasons.
On Wednesday, as many as five flights, heading to to destinations within the country as well as outside the country, were canceled due to technical and operational reasons.
The following flights were canceled:
- SereneAir’s flight ER-502, from Karachi to Islamabad
- AirSial’s flights from Karachi to Lahore and Karachi to Islamabad, PF-145 and PF-123
- Emirate’s Dubai-bound flight EK-609
- PIA’s Karachi to Islamabad flight PK-368
On Sunday, nine domestic and international flights departing from Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport were canceled due to unspecified technical and operational reasons. Airlines affected include Serene Air, Air Sial, Airblue, Gulf Air, Air China, and Emirates.
