KARACHI: Pakistani superstar Mehwish Hayat has said her legal team is working to probe the video leak case in accordance with the law.
On a social media website Twitter, the actress said, “Thank you @javerias for saying it how it is . This has been going on for far too long. This time it is one step too far,” she added.
“My legal team is on the case. Rest assured I will continue working for the betterment of my country,” Mehwish added.

Mehwish Hayat was trending on Twitter recently- a clip, in particular, was making rounds on the social media platform with the hashtag #MehwishHayatvideo.
However, a video allegedly featuring the actress made rounds on social media. The girl in the clip could be seen indulging in sexual activities. However, later it was revealed that the lady in the video is not the netizens’ favorite actress. The Baaji actress shed light on the matter recently, by sharing a Hadith on Twitter.
