The incident unfolded after a concerned citizen dialed the emergency helpline number 15 to report an unknown individual lying unconscious outside his residence.
Upon receiving the distress call, the Safe City team promptly directed the Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate police station to intervene. The police acted swiftly, arriving at the location to find the unconscious citizen in need of immediate assistance.
