PESHAWAR: In a shocking development, Senior Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Atif Khan is reported to have received a threatening letter demanding millions as extortion.
According to details gathered by MM News, senior KP Minister Atif Khan was addressed in a letter, apparently by banned outfit TTP, in which he was asked to pay Rs. 8 million to remain safe.

The letter threatens Atif Khan that since he was on the list of TTP Mardan terrorists, he better pay the money or else he would have to face consequences.
It is pertinent to mention here that the people across Malakand Division and elsewhere in KP have been raising their voice against rise in TTP related activities.
People in Swat have been hitting the streets in hundreds of thousands in number to register their protests against, what they call, re-emergence of TTP related elements in the upper reaches of their area.
