The Pakistan Central Muslim League Karachi is organizing a Grand Sehri event on the 25th night of Ramadan.
As per details, open grand suhoor kitchens will be established across the city, catering to five lakh people. The League ensures top-notch arrangements for seating at this public gathering and urges citizens to join with their families. Special provisions will be made for the convenience of women and children, the statement read.
Ahmed Nadeem Awan, President of the Pakistan Central Muslim League Karachi, acknowledges the economic challenges faced by both the poor and the middle class, particularly amidst the current inflationary wave.
He emphasizes the difficulties faced by white-collar families, students in hostels, professionals, and residents of Karachi in arranging suhoor or dining out.
The Central Muslim League has been actively organizing Sehri and Iftar events since the beginning of Ramadan in Karachi. Through diligent surveys, thousands of deserving individuals and families have received suhoor at their doorsteps throughout the month. Now, the League aims to extend this support to five lakh people during the Grand Sehri event.
