Earthquake tremors were felt in the vicinity of Quaidabad, Karachi, as reported by national media on Monday.
According to the seismic center, the tremors were felt at 3:14 AM, with the earthquake’s intensity recorded at 3. The epicenter of the earthquake was Malir, and its depth was 8 kilometers. So far, no reports of any casualties or property damage have been received following the earthquake.
It is worth recalling that earlier as well, earthquake tremors were felt once again in various areas of Karachi, causing widespread panic among the public. The tremors were felt in areas such as Quaidabad, Malir, Landhi, and Shah Faisal Colony.
After the tremors, a wave of concern spread among local residents, and people rushed out of their homes in panic. According to the seismic center, the earthquake’s intensity was recorded at 3.2 on the Richter scale, while its depth was 35 kilometers underground. The tremors were also felt in various areas of North Malir district.
