Just took long break to give time to religion: Hamza Ali Abbasi

Former Pakistani actor Hamza Ali Abbasi has asserted that he has just taken a long break from film industry to give more time to religion.

Hamza Abbasi took to Twitter and replied to his fan over his commitment towards film industry. The fan said, “Really wish Hamza hadn’t quit acting.”

He said, “As I said in my video, I haven’t quit acting because I don’t see it anywhere in Islam as being haraam (forbidden) in itself.”

Hamza Abbasi further said, “I just took a long break from acting to give more time to religion.

He assured that he will make comeback in the industry, adding, “Insha Allah will make & maybe act in projects made within boundaries Allah has set for us.”

In November 2019, he had announced to quit acting, vowing to spend his life to spread the message of Islam.

The actor had vowed to spread message of Islam through every medium.
