UAE-based Pakistani journalist named Sadiq Saleem has tabled a suggestion for Fahad Mustafa who praised Bollywood actors during an award ceremony.
Sadiq Saleem in an Instagram story pointed out Fahad Mustafa who praised Bollywood actors like Govinda and Ranveer Singh in his award-winning speech at Filmfare Middle East Achievers Night.
According to Saleem, on such platforms, our stars should give their winning speech wisely. “They are being awarded because they have earned it instead of talking about the Pakistani industry taking a major turn with Maula Jatt and creating global impact with films like Joyland, they are behaving like fan boys,” he pointed out.

On Saturday, Fahad Mustafa was awarded Most Promising Star of Pakistan. In his speech, the Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad actor dedicated his speech to Govinda. “This is an honour, be it a Pakistani or Indian actor. To stand on Filmfare’s stage, we all prepared our speeches, Sajal I can’t top that by the way, you [Sajal] did an amazing job. I started acting in the first place because of Govinda sir. We are your fans and in Pakistan, we always thought if we have to act in a certain way, it has to be like you and then came Ranveer,” said Mustafa.
He added that he counts himself lucky to be standing on the same stage as Govinda and asked the audience to give a round of applause for the star. “I hope Pakistan and India unite again to do good work,” he said.
