Renowned pop icon Taylor Swift is reportedly eyeing an expansion of her real estate portfolio in Europe, particularly in Portugal and Spain. The 34-year-old singer, who already possesses multiple properties in London, New York City, Los Angeles, and Tennessee, is drawn to the allure of European destinations known for their laid-back lifestyle and scenic landscapes.
In Portugal, Swift’s team has engaged a local realtor to explore various properties, including one in Loures, a Lisbon suburb. Priced at $2.7 million, this particular property features a delightful four-bedroom, five-bathroom house with a lush garden, a wine cellar, and a studio. Another option in Estoril, priced at $10 million, showcases eight bedrooms, traditional architecture, and a magnificent swimming pool near the seafront at Cascais.
In Sintra, Swift is contemplating a $4 million luxury villa boasting five bedrooms, a jacuzzi, and expansive views over the mountains and UNESCO-classified Palaces. The property guarantees complete privacy and even includes an elevator servicing all floors.
Spain is also on Swift’s radar, with options in Casteldelfells, near Barcelona. Priced at $4.8 million, one property offers an “Ibizan style” with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a piano area, sauna, and a pool. Another property in Barcelona provides 360-degree views of the city, solar panels, a seven-car garage, and the potential for a gym or additional living space.
Swift is also considering the scenic Balearic Islands, where properties owned by sports stars Rafael Nadal and Max Verstappen, along with Hollywood superstars Catherine Zeta-Jones and Brad Pitt, exist. A villa in Son Servera, priced at $8 million, presents four bedrooms, five baths, a saltwater pool, and a complete outdoor kitchen, offering a tranquil and authentic experience.
