According to details, another innocent child was martyred due to India’s cowardly attack and unprovoked aggression by the Indian army. Security sources stated that India carried out aggression in areas of Azad Jammu and Kashmir during the night between May 6 and 7. In this aggression, Lieutenant Colonel Zaheer’s 7-year-old son Irtaza Abbas was martyred.
The incident was a result of unprovoked shelling by the cowardly enemy. The nation is in grief over the martyrdom of unarmed civilians due to Indian army’s aggression. Pakistan’s armed forces are and will continue to respond with a fitting retaliation for the martyrdoms of Pakistani civilians.
Targeting innocent children through unprovoked aggression and brutality by the Indian army is a horrific example of savagery.
It is worth mentioning that DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said during a press briefing that India repeated its cowardly history during the night between May 6 and 7. India targeted civilian populations under the cover of darkness and carried out attacks at six locations, resulting in the martyrdom of 26 civilians and injuries to 46.
Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry shared details of those martyred in the attacks and stated that in Ahmadpur East, Masjid Subhan Allah was targeted, where 13 people, including 2 girls, were martyred. In the attack on the mosque, 37 people including 9 women were injured.
