India violates ceasefire in Zafarwal sector

Indian forces violated the ceasefire by indiscriminately firing across the working boundary in Sialkot on Thursday night, according to reports.

The incident happened in the Zafarwal sector where a quadcopter tried to cross into the Pakistani side.

However, the border forces acted immediately and shot down the quadcopter.

Reports said that Indian forces then started firing indiscriminately to ‘cover-up’ the incident. However, the Pakistan army strongly responded to the firing.

The Inter-Services Public Relations have not made a formal statement about the incident yet.
