LAHORE: Health conditions of Chairman PTI Imran Khan showed satisfactory indicators after which doctors allowed him to walk and use toilets. It has been learnt that the PTI chairman insisted on discharge today, but the doctors advised him of one day rest.

Reports gathered from multiple sources suggest former Prime Minister’s leg surgery continued for one and a half hours at night, following which he was shifted to a private room. The medical board said all kinds of particles were removed during the operation, as it was necessary to examine from every angle during the operation.

Doctor Faisal Sultan of Shaukat Khanum Hospital, head of medical team constituted for treatment of Imran Khan, Thursday night said that his condition is ‘out of danger’. Talking to media, Dr Faisal Sultan said that his blood pressure and other vital signs were normal.
Hospital administration said that Imran Khan did not need further tests, nor had be been stopped from eating and drinking anything.
Imran Khan, it may be recalled, had received multiple bullet wounds after being fired at from at least three different locations in Wazirabad on Thursday. One PTI worker died on the spot while at least 13 others were injured in the incident.
