ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan’s lawyer Dr. Babar Awan has said that the former prime minister will himself appear in the anti-terrorism court tomorrow.
According to the details, a legal team meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chairman PTI, in which Imran Khan decided to appear in the anti-terrorism court tomorrow.
In this regard, Imran Khan’s lawyer Dr. Babar Awan said in a statement on social media that a decision has been taken to file a bail application in ATC, Imran Khan will himself appear in the Anti-Terrorism Court tomorrow.
Babar Awan has said that a fake case was established against Imran Khan, neither an explosion nor Kalashnikov was used. It may be noted that a case was registered against the PTI chairman under the provisions of terrorism in Margalla police station.
In the text of the FIR, it was said that Imran Khan threatened the Additional Sessions Judge and threatened the IG Islamabad and the DIG. Shame on you all for taking action. Later, the Islamabad High Court granted Imran Khan’s three-day bail and ordered him to approach the Anti-Terrorism Court.
