The Benazir Educational Stipend Program, also known as Benazir Taleemi Wazaif, provides financial assistance to the mothers of children enrolled from nursery to Grade 12.
To qualify, parents must be registered with the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP). Originally launched in 2012, this program aims to increase school enrollment and reduce dropout rates across Pakistan, making education accessible to all children, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds.
Stipend Details
- Qualified students receive stipends each quarter based on their level of education:
- Primary Level: Boys receive Rs 2,000, while girls receive Rs 2,500.
- Secondary Level: Boys receive Rs 3,000, while girls receive Rs 3,500.
- Higher Secondary Level: Boys receive Rs 4,000, while girls receive Rs 4,500.
Eligibility Criteria
- Children must be enrolled in BISP.
- For primary enrollment, children must be between 4 and 12 years old.
- For secondary school, children should be aged 8 to 18.
- Youth enrolling in government schools or colleges should be aged 13 to 22.
- Madrassas teaching the national curriculum are also eligible.
Required Documents
- National Identity Card (CNIC)
- Family identification certificate
- Monthly income under Rs 25,000
- Poverty score between 20 and 30

- Await Confirmation: You will receive confirmation from BISP once your application is reviewed.
