The Sindh Board of Technical Education Karachi announced the results of the Technical School Certificate Part-II annual examinations 2025 on Monday.
According to Chairman Technical Board Musharraf Ali Rajput, a total of 1887 candidates from across Sindh participated in the TSC examinations, of whom 1628 passed the matric exams, making the pass percentage 86.27%.
Hafiz Muhammad Shaheer of Gulshan Technical High School Malir secured the first position with 1179 marks out of 1350. From the same school, Muhammad Shamikh Ahmed secured the second position with 1168 marks, while Wajiha Shah, a student of Workers Model School SITE Hyderabad, secured the third position with 1164 marks out of 1350.
Position holders were awarded shields, medals, and cash prizes by the Board. Wajiha Shah, who secured third position in the TSC exam results under the Sindh Board of Technical Education Karachi, is the daughter of a private bank security guard.
Wajiha Shah earned 1164 marks out of 1350 in Computer Science, securing the third position. The daughter of a man working in a modest position brought pride to her father by achieving third position in matriculation, over which social media users showered Wajiha Shah with praise.
Some social media users believe that although the education system in Pakistan suffers from various flaws, when boys and girls from the middle class achieve top positions and move forward through this same system, they go on to brighten the nation’s name in the future.
