COLOMBO: Pakistan’s Minister of state for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar is in Colombo to attend the 75th Independence Day of Sri Lanka as a guest of honour.
According to official sources, Ms Khar would meet government officials of Sri Lanka during her visit especially the foreign minister, while efforts would be made to further deepen the already friendly relations between both nations.
The visit would help increase the bond of amity between both countries with the message that Pakistan would always support Sri Lanka through thick and thin.

During her two-day official visit, Hina Rabbani Khar will also call on the Sri Lankan leadership and hold a meeting with Foreign Minister of the country.
