The Higher Education Commission (HEC) on Saturday announced the best teacher awards for the year 2022.
According to the details, the HEC has organized a ceremony to honor the outstanding faculty members of Pakistani universities with the best university teacher awards for the year 2022.
The awards have been distributed in three broad categories including Life Sciences and Medicine, Physical Sciences and Engineering, and the last one Social Sciences and Humanities.
Dr. Syeda Salma Hassan from the Government College University, Lahore has been honored with the first award, Dr. Kamran Khalid from the Fatimah Jinnah Medical University, Lahore has been honored with the second award whereas Rafia Mumtaz from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) has won the third award.
The purpose of the best university teacher awards is to recognize those capable teachers who are an example for everyone and to motivate the faculty to enhance their skills.
