After Sajal Aly, Sonya Hussyn has also come forward and addressed the controversial Lux Style Awards event.
The actress was invited to the grand Lux Style Awards event which was held in Karachi this weekend, however, the actress chose to skip the award night, despite being nominated.
Hussyn who recently appeared in Waseem Badami’s show ‘Har Lamha Purjosh’ opened up about not attending the recent Lux Style Awards and said, “I am not coming from the awards, actually, I could not go there so I came here with all my preparations.”
According to her, she does not attend the award functions. “I don’t know why but I don’t like to go to the awards, it is useless to attend the awards,” Hussyn said.
Replying about the people attending the show, Sonya Hussyn said, “Those who are attending the award shows must be getting awards.” Replying to Waseem Badami, she further said, “Yes, I think they were communicated about getting awards by the team.”
It is to be noted that in 2021, Hussyn called out LSA for ignoring her drama serial ‘Saraab’ in the nominations. Despite the wonderful event, many actors are complaining about the unfair distribution of awards
