It’s almost the end of September, which means a few things are on the horizon: a whole new crop of TV and movie offerings on Netflix.
Here’s a full list of everything coming to the streaming service this week:
Love Again (September 20)
The new romantic comedy ‘Love Again’ surrounds a woman named Mira Ray, who is struggling to cope with the death of her fiancé, unintentionally sending a number of romantic messages to his old cell phone, which has been reassigned to journalist Rob Burns.
When he is tasked with writing a feature about Celine Dion, Rob asks her for help finding a way to meet Mira in real life. The movie features Priyanka Chopra and Sam Heughan in the leading roles.
Shameless (September 20)
This dramedy based on a British series centers on siblings in a dysfunctional Chicago family who struggle while coping with their alcoholic father.
Jaan Jaan (September 21)
The movie revolves around a woman named Maya who appears to be in an abusive relationship, which her neighbour Naren has a hunch about. Naren is played in the film by Jaideep, and the trailer portrays him as a creepy stalker.
Vijay plays the cop Karan, who shows up in Kalimpong looking for Maya’s missing husband and develops a romantic relationship with her.
Sex Education (September 21)
Fans of the popular Netflix series ‘Sex Education’ can rejoice as the fourth season of the show this week. With a hiatus of three years since the last season, viewers are in for a treat as they return to the world of “Moordale High.”
Song of the Bandits (September 22)
Song of the Bandits surrounds fierce bandits who will stop at nothing to fight for their precious homeland and loved ones — even if it means life or death.
Spy Kids: Armageddon (September 22)
Spy Kids: Armageddon is an upcoming spy action comedy movie. The synopsis of the movie says: ‘When the children of the world’s greatest secret agents unwittingly help a powerful Game Developer unleash a computer virus that gives him control of all technology, they must become spies themselves to save their parents and the world.’ The film stars Gina Rodriguez, Zachary Levi, Everly Carganilla, and Connor Esterson.
