Star Henry Cavill has recently shared a teaser of Witcher 2 on his social media account and delivered some updates about its season 2.
The Enola Holmes actor took to Instagram and shared a first good look at The ‘Witcher’ season 2. Henry in a caption wrote, “Just a glimpse of Freya Allan’s exceptional work in Season 2.”

A much tougher Ciri than viewers saw in Season 1 might be sharing a bond with Cavill season 2, especially with Geralt thinking Yennefer is dead and the “Child Surprise” as his new quest. The latest teaser features Ciri embracing her inner witcher, viewers may get some more answers even if she doesn’t thank to an upcoming virtual event.

Moreover, during a recent interview, Ted Sarandos, Netflix co-CEO discussed several new upcoming projects as well as the release date of the Henry Cavill show. He confirmed that The Witcher’s second season will be released between October and December 2021.
The confirmed release date of The Witcher 2 is yet to be revealed. “We anticipate paid membership growth will re-accelerate in the second half of 2021 as we ramp into a very strong back half slate with the return of big hits like Sex Education, The Witcher, La Casa de Papel (aka Money Heist), and You,” Netflix says.
