LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader Jahangir Tareen said that he has no objection over the forensic audit of the mills.
Jahangir Tareen in a tweet, posted a response to Pakistani anchor Meher Bukhari who questioned, “Why does the Sugar JIT seem influenced? Why are only a targeted bunch of sugar mills being audited and not the main sugar mills?”

According to Bukhari, the owners who are already a part of the power corridors are exerting considerable political influence.
Taking to Twitter, Tareen replied to her that he had nothing to hide nor he had any objection whatsoever over the forensic audit of his mills.

Tareen said, “However, Mehr Bukhari raises an extremely pertinent point here which needs to be answered by the Sugar Inquiry Commission, or whoever took this decision.”
Jahangir Tareen earlier in a matter related to wheat, sugar reports claimed that the Prime Minister’s principal secretary Azam Khan is behind the report.
