Sajal Aly not only made her Bollywood debut with the film but also received the honour of working with the industry legend late Sridevi while playing her on-screen daughter Mom released on July 7, 2017, in four languages, and became a critical and commercial hit.
Hollywood debut movie
The talented actress bagged her first role in an international movie last year in the movie titled ‘What’s Love Got To Do With It’ which is directed by Indian filmmaker Shekhar Kapur and written and co-produced by Jemima Goldsmith. The movie is set to release this year.
Filmfare Middle East Achievers Award Night
Sajal Aly got honored at the “Filmfare Middle East Achievers Award Night” bagging the awards for “Most Popular Face of Pakistani Cinema, Promising Star of Pakistan & Trendsetter of Pakistani Cinema” respectively.
Khel Khel Mein
Sajal Aly starred in a Pakisatni movie ‘Khel Khel Mein’ which also stars Bilal Abbas Khan.
The film revolves around a drama club in a university taking its production based on a 1971 war event to a drama festival in Dhaka.
