1) Ram Setu (October 2022)
Ram Setu will feature Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha in the lead roles. It was the first Indian co-production by Amazon Prime Video. The movie is scheduled to release on 24th October 2022.
2) OMG 2 (May 2022)
OMG – Oh My God! 2 is a seuel od 2012’s satirical comedy-drama film ‘OMG’. The second part will feature Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam in pivotal roles. Written and directed by Amit Rai, OMG 2 is scheduled to release on 16th May 2022.
3) Gorkha (2023)
Akshay will be seen playing the role of Major General Ian Cardozo, a legendary officer in the Gorkha Regiment of the Indian Army. Director by Aanand L Rai, the movie is slated to release in next year.
4) Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (2023)
The movie will feature Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff in pivotal roles. The film is expected to go on floors from January 2023. The movie is being shot in Scotland, the Austrian Alps, Saudi Arabia, and London.
5) Selfiee (2023)
This film starring Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi is the Hindi remake of the Malayalam film Driving License. Directed by Raj Mehta, this film marks the first on-screen collaboration of the two actors.
For this movie, Akshay Kumar announced the remake of the iconic song ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’ for Selfiee. The film is all set to hit the theatres on February 24, 2023.
